Agreements

Below are a number of administrative and agreement questions. Please answer as best you can. We understand this is a little forward - as you have not yet been approved to join a mission team; however, it is good to know who is able, if at all possible, to commit to the direction of the team and the mission.

Meeting Agreement

Financial Agreement

I will fulfill all financial responsibilities for this trip PRIOR to the start of the mission and associated costs (vaccines, visa's, etc.), unless prior arrangement are made. I also acknowledge that the payment of a mission opportunity is to be above and beyond my regular tithe. *

I will, with God's help, act in a Christ like manner during all meetings, events, and mission activities. I will refrain from participating in any unethical or inappropriate behavior while a member of this mission. *

Financial Obligations

The cost of the mission is listed below. The dollar amount listed below includes: mission gear, airfare, in country housing-travel-food. The cost listed below are APPROXIMATE and will change. The cost includes excursions but not souvenirs or items to and from the airports.

Dominican Republic - $1700

Each participant is required to pay the full amount of the mission unless he/she asks for special assistance (scholarship). Financial assistance is available for those that are in need. This is determined by the Global Missions Team and based off of need, finances available, and number of people attending trips. If you are in need of assistance, please describe this need below. Someone will be in touch with you directly. Please do not let the cost deter you from attending - we will always find a way to work out the finances.
